Refund Policy

No Refunds

All subscription payments to Patternd are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for:

• Partial billing periods after cancellation
• Unused time remaining on an active subscription
• Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan
• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
• Dissatisfaction with the product after the free trial or free plan has been used

We strongly encourage you to use the 14-day free trial (Starter and Growth plans) to evaluate the Service before your first charge. If you are unsatisfied, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Early Access Pricing

Subscribers who join before September 1, 2026 receive a locked Early Access rate for the lifetime of their subscription. This rate is guaranteed not to increase as long as the subscription remains continuously active.

Important: The Early Access rate is forfeited upon cancellation. If you cancel and choose to resubscribe after September 1, 2026, the then-current regular pricing will apply. Early Access pricing is a one-time benefit for early subscribers and cannot be reinstated once lost through cancellation.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. You will be charged the subscription fee on your renewal date unless you cancel before that date.

You are responsible for monitoring your billing dates. We send an email receipt after each successful charge. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Going to Dashboard → Settings → Account and clicking "Manage subscription"
• Accessing your Lemon Squeezy billing portal via the link in your subscription confirmation email, then selecting "Cancel subscription"
• Emailing us at support@patternd.co — we will process cancellations within 1 business day

Upon cancellation, you retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free plan. No further charges will be made.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion if:

• You were charged due to a technical error on our part
• You were charged twice for the same period
• Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@patternd.co with your account email and a description of the issue.

Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that Patternd discontinues the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice and issue prorated refunds for any unused prepaid subscription time.

EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already commenced with your explicit consent. By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that the Service begins immediately and you consent to waiving your right of withdrawal where applicable law permits.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, which means your card statement may show "Lemon Squeezy" as the charge description. For payment disputes, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly.
